RESERVATIONS: Making your reservation is easy. Online from the availability calendar, choose which unit you are interested in, send us the inquiry with your full name, mailing address and phone number, and we'll take care of the rest. Or call us directly at 888-425-6166.

PAYMENTS: To confirm your reservation you must remit advance rent payment of 50% rent + administrative fee ($50)+ security deposit protection plan premium ($50) + (Optional Travel Insurance). You will have ten (10) business days to return a sign copy of your lease or your reservation will automatically be cancelled without further notice. Your final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. This payment includes the balance of rent plus applicable taxes. Payment may be made in the form of money order, certified or cashier's check, or personal check (personal checks can not be accepted less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Credit card payments are also accepted (fees and restrictions do apply). If you prefer to pay by credit card just click on the online payment link. Keep in mind that credit cards are processed by a third party vendor who charges a processing fee of $39.95 per transaction (credit card fee subject to change).
