For a 1-bedroom unit the maximum occupancy is 4 A 2 bedroom has a maximum occupancy of 6 people. The 3-bedroom unit has a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

There is no smoking in the building. Dolphin Run has a ZERO TOLERANCE-NO SMOKING policy inside every unit, on balconies and all common areas inside the building. This includes the pool area and exercise rooms. Smoking is allowed in exterior/outside designated areas only.

We have a strict no pet policy at Dolphin Run for all rentals.1

 

1Only service animals, based on the ADA regulations, are permitted. A service animal policy must be signed prior to us issuing Tenant a key. Tenants are fully responsible for the actions of their service animal and must maintain control throughout their stay with us. Animals are to be on a leash when outside the unit.

Our guests have one (1) reserved space that is included with the unit you booked. A limited number of additional parking spaces can be rented from us and paid in advance on a 1st come 1st served basis. When those spaces have been rented, you can rent additional spaces from the city on either 4th Street or in the 9th street garage. Please contact Virginia Beach parking at 757-385-4800 for additional information. Any violations of our parking rules may result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense. The minimum age to reserve is 21.

There is a strict no party policy in place, as Dolphin Run is a condo community. All renters and guests are to maintain noise at a low level, including voice, TV and music volume, to prevent disturbances to neighbors. Surround sound systems, loud speakers or any other music amplifiers are not allowed at Dolphin Run Condominiums. Any violations may result in an eviction from the condo and/or a fee assessed.

The rental office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, except Holidays. However, there is a staff available 24 hours a day. We also have security in the building overnight. Their phone number is 757-698-5800.

The clearance in our parking garage is 6 feet 3 inches. If your vehicle is not able to fit in the garage you will have to acquire parking elsewhere. There is a parking garage on 9th street and Atlantic. There’s also city parking that can be rented on 4th street parking lot (see Item 4 for phone number).

We have an indoor heated pool. The hours of operation are from 9am to 9pm. These hours can change at anytime due to unexpected cleaning and chemical balancing.

Yes. There are washers and dryers on every floor from the 2nd to the 14th floor. There are 2 ways you can pay; (1) by using quarters ($2.00 for washer and $1.75 for dryer),or (2) by downloading and using the App shown on the machine.

No grills or cooking of any kind are allowed on the balconies or grounds.
