TAX: 14% Lodging Tax, plus $2.00 per night Room Tax.
$75.00 Non-refundable Administrative Fee.
$50.00 Security Deposit protection premium.

Rates subject to change. If occupancy is over the limit, the lease will be terminated and all monies paid will be forfeited.

NOTE: For leases over 3 months, utilities may be requested by the owner to be transferred into the tenant’s name.
If this is requested, a $100.00 per month reduction in the monthly rate will be applied.
