"We rented this condo for Thanksgiving so our family could stay nearby. The unit itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location is great with ocean views, afternoon dolphins, and a nearby kids playground. Our only issues were with the building, not the owners. Parking requires using stairs or the driving ramp. More importantly, the indoor pool hours were unreliable despite being posted as 9AM–9PM and confirmed before booking. On the holiday it didn’t open until 5PM, and the next day we arrived with the kids in swimsuits only to find it had suddenly closed again for “a light,” and most amenities appeared shut by 5PM. It seems the pool only operates when maintenance is present, making access unpredictable. If the indoor pool isn’t your priority, this is a great place to stay. The owners were very responsive, and the condo itself deserves 5 stars.

"Place was lovely! Great location and nicely appointed. Was a little disappointed because the shower hadn’t been fully cleaned because there was soap scum on the shower shelves and ant traps on the kitchen counter was a bit off putting. Was a little frustrated that we asked for a later check out (11:00 vice 10:00) and was told we could not be accommodated. During peak season, I’d never even ask but the complex was a total ghost town and even if the whole place had been left a wreck, there’s no way the place would take longer to clean than six hours. Seemed like it was just a default response and we like Airbnb because it’s more personal. But other than that was a great place to stay. Location, amenities, TVs, and style was great!

"Awesome place, great location right on the beach. My only frustration was parking but this only applies if you bring more than one car. The closest parking is 20$ a day if you don’t happen to get one of the extra overflow spots in the front lot and they are hard to come by.
