"I really wanted to give a good review , but there was so many little things that didn’t make it worth the stay. To be fair to future renters , I just could not. The carpet is past its prime. It was stained all over and that the first thing you see. Bathrooms drain was extremely slow to the point we really couldn’t use it. You are definitely paying for location with this place.

"We are a larger family (6 people) therefore there are not many options on the beachfront that were possible for us other than getting two hotel rooms or two condos. This place offered what we needed to enjoy our stay. It has enough beds, space and amenities and the ability to cook.

"Faith was kind enough to offer us to reschedule because I injured my leg badly right before our trip, but this was the only time we were able to go this summer. We arrived a little early and the host let us in before our checkin time which was great. The apartment was clean and had a great view of the ocean off of the balcony. It rained the first day of our stay so the indoor pool was nice to have. No fault of the host, but there was a beach event being torn down outside which included a sand barrier before the beach. We had to walk down the boardwalk and around the barrier which was difficult with my injured leg but should be ok for a healthy person. They started removing the barrier the day we were leaving. Everything was close by and there was a large variety of things to do. Overall it was a great vacation. Be aware restaurants in the area are very pricey.

"We had a great time. Only issues were the tv in master bedroom didn't work. Chair on balcony was broken. We couldn't access the parking lot or enter the building do to access code being changed. Other then that it was a great time.

"This property is in a beautiful location. Right on the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The owner was responsive to most questions.Unfortunately there were some things that made our trip more difficult. We flew, which we never do and had to spend some of our first day in Walmart. The condo does not stock any amenities at all. No bath products, a single roll of paper towels for 4 days. It did have 4 kcups, but did not have sugar anywhere. They had 2 dishwasher pods, but no dish soap, so you were unable to wash any dishes after using. We ran out of coffee mugs, and didn’t want to waste a pod for the dishwasher for just a few dishes. We were there for 4 nights and they only supplied 6 towels for 5 people. Not enough for 4 days of showering for 5 of us. No beach towels as advertised. I almost injured myself by sitting on a broken high top chair. After realizing that, went to another chair which was also broken. Beautiful location but definitely not worth the price.

"Quiet getaway located on the edge of the strip. Close enough to walk for fun but far enough to not hear the late entertainment. Several great restaurants close by. Comfortable layout and such a peaceful area to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the waves.

"Here is what I liked about the condo: photos looked like place, the condo was clutter free, the view was superb, we could hear the ocean with the windows cracked. I like that there was screens, slides and blinds. The bathroom and kitchen was remodeled. The host was responsive and gave us a complementary bottle of wine which was nice and unexpected. What we didn’t like about the apartment: there was an ant problem. Hundreds of ants were crawling on the sofa and near walls. The host was responsive to the issue and got housekeeping to come and clean and put out traps. This is out of their control but just made for an uncomfortable experience. The other frustration was there was no bathroom soap, dish soap, dish washer soap, back up toilet paper or paper towels (had half a roll for the weekend), and no trash bags for the trash can. I feel like this place could have gotten a 5 if there was more consideration for basic amenities that housekeeping could have placed out.

"This was a great place to stay, actually the pictures don’t really capture how nice this place is! Pristinely clean, the building itself is in top shape all around and updated. The doorman was super friendly and gave us lots of insight to the area as we had never been to Virginia Beach before. Our host Faith even had a nice bottle of wine, delicious chocolates and a thoughtful hand written card waiting on the kitchen counter to welcome us!! Super nice touch!!! 5 STARS all around!!

"Overall this was a 5 star for the price point. The place was exactly as described. Great indoor heated pool for our winter stay. Love Watermans Resturant very close! We brought a large truck and were able to get surface parking(would not fit in parking garage). The place was clean. There were a few things that need some fixing but I do believe this is an area where people party and sometimes ruin things so I understand that it takes time to fix. The first half of our trip was very peaceful. The last few nights could hear very loud TV through the walls until 2am. The host was very responsive even on Christmas she was able to help with most things. Tbe TVs were not connecting to the WiFi so had to keep reconnecting. Two of the TVs could not even get to work at all. But we made due with the one, so if you spend most of your time out its no big deal.

"The place was great with beautiful views of the ocean. We didn’t spend much time indoors but enjoyed it when we did. We would definitely return and stay here again. We had an issue with our parking space upon arrival but faith responded promptly and got it resolved in minutes.

"Came to town for my high-school reunion with my family and the location was perfect for everything we needed while there. Very close to everywhere I was going and allowed my family a beautiful view of the beach with easy access to the boardwalk and strip. The beds were very comfortable and we were right next to multiple restaurants including Waterman’s which is always a solid win.

"Faith was wonderful to work with. She was quick and responsive with questions. This was our first time booking with Airbnb so we were learning as we went. Overall the location was wonderful, quiet while inside and able to wake up and sit on the small balcony to the mornings. Location is a bit father from all the more touristy attractions which was wonderful because the beach has less packed, but it’s also an easy walk to those areas. The only thing I wish we had known before booking was that although there is a secured parking area, the spot associated with this condo is on the upper level and height is limited to a small/midsized SUV or car. Faith did include options for parking once we realized we wouldn’t be able to fit but it was a couple of blocks away. Security on site was friendly and helpful for any needs as well. One shower door leaked a bit during use and after showers so required cleaning up after. Overall we had a wonderful time and would return and stay again.
