"Faith’s place on the 14th floor of Dolphin Run was a wonderful stay for our family of six. The thoughtful welcome touches, including wine and Ferrero chocolates that the kids loved, made us feel right at home. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items and utensils for every need, plus DVDs, cards, books to read, and interesting historical photo albums. One of the highlights was being able to watch dolphins right from the balcony. The only downside during our stay was that just one elevator was functioning for the entire building. With a family of six and beach gear to haul, this sometimes meant long waits and delays. This was clearly a building issue and no fault of the host. Overall, we really appreciated the attention to detail and would happily stay again.

"The place was nice. It overlooked the ocean and we even saw dolphins at the beach from the balcony one morning. Communication was pretty good with the host. At times there was a little delay. We made it work. The weight room was not what we were hoping for. And the inside pool seemed to need some maintanence. The location was close to everywhere we needed to be. Overall it was a nice stay.

"Faith, thank you for lending us your beautiful condo by the sea. It was beautifully decorated and maintained. The beach was super accessible as were many local restaurants and ice cream shops. We had the most amazing time and can’t wait to come back.

"Great condo, beautifully furnished, great view, great location. We’ve tried a few different rentals in VB and this was definitely the nicest. More often than not, you get dated buildings, dirty lobbies, and corroding hardware. Dolphin Run was none of that — photos were pretty accurate. DRAWBACKS: Minor—Amenities weren’t listed in the description and we could’ve planned/packed better. It would’ve been good to know there was a coffee machine (in addition to the Keurig), hair dryer, soap/shampoo/conditioner in both showers, etc. Major—you do have 1 reserved space in the garage but the max height is 6’3” so our full size SUV (Chevy Tahoe) wouldn’t fit. There’s an overflow lot but forget about finding an open space at night. We were forced to park 5 blocks away in a public garage ($23) on Saturday night. We moved it back to the condo Sunday morning and didn’t touch it until we checked out. (Uber-ed everywhere). Not being able to drive for fear of losing a parking space sucked.

"What a beautiful condo! It was clean and very comfortable. There’s nothing like feeling at home away from home. The view is fantastic! We enjoyed waking every morning to the sound of the ocean and coffee on the balcony. Faith was super available and quickly responded to our inquiries. We definitely recommend it!

"Our stay was excellent! The beach front views were awesome and it made for a great walkable stay because of being right on the boardwalk. We’d definitely stay again! One thing to note was that the Internet seemed to be guest Internet for the entire building, which did cause some slowness at times. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

"The entire place was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was spotless and completely clutter‑free, with warm lighting that made it feel inviting. Easy access made it simple to come and go as we pleased, and everything we needed was just a short walk away. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing stay.

"Condo is exactly like the photos and clean. Views were stunning every morning and evening. Host indicated there were no beach chairs so we packed them. However, the one closet had boogie boards for kids, 3 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and other beach amenities! Watermans was a nice restaurant, in walking distance! The views are well worth it!! very quiet end of the boardwalk and walking distance to kids playground

"Faith's place was in a quiet building towards the end of the boardwalk - a perfect location for people watching and access to all VA Beach has to offer. The unit was well-appointed and offered an excellent base for us during our trip. The view was incredible - from the 14th floor you could see for miles on a clear day. Faith's directions for access to the unit were very helpful and the on-site security were both helpful and helped us to feel that the space was well protected.
