"Beautiful condo and great location. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the closest so no need to haul your own there Only drawback is the condo only comes with 1 parking space.

"The views are absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better! The property is in such a perfect spot, and we really enjoyed our stay. Faith was incredibly kind, attentive, and always responded quickly whenever we had a question, which we truly appreciated. A couple of things to keep in mind: if you’re used to a very quiet environment, the AC unit is quite loud and may take some getting used to. The property itself is lovely, but some of the furnishings and items are a bit dated, and the unit could benefit from some updates and general maintenance. That being said, the beautiful views, great location, and wonderful hospitality definitely made our stay enjoyable. We had a great time and would absolutely consider staying here again in the future! ❤️

"Nice location! Building and unit need lots of maintenance… mostly short term rentals and lots of activity. Only one working elevator made for long wait times. A good value for a short stay.

"The location is definitely what sells this condo. It’s on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view. We were there the last week of May-1st week of June and it was very windy and chilly. The condo itself needs updates. The couch was older and there was only one other chair in the living room which was hard with older, stained cushions. There are no lights or ceiling fans in either of the bedrooms, but only lamps and some don’t work. The washer and dryer aren’t in the condo but there was a laundry room on each floor. You have to pay to use the washer and dryer, so it’s super inconvenient especially since they don’t give you many towels or washcloths. The blinds were broken and older. There is not a smart tv and the cable/satellite had limited channels and went out a couple of times when we were watching at night. Faith was responsive and had someone moved out of our assigned parking spot quickly after I notified her. There was family of the owners there when we arrived which was unexpected.

"It’s home away from home. We had a wonderful stay at this property. Faith was a wonderful, communicative host. The house was clean, cozy, and a well-maintained. The sunset was absolutely stunning from the balcony. It wasn’t an issue for us, but adding a Smart TV (Roku or Fire Stick) and high-speed internet would make this place perfect. This property is 100% recommended, and we will definitely book it again for future visits.

"Wonderful Oceanfront Family Getaway! My famiky took a last-minute trip before school reopened for our kids and loved this oceanfront condo. The views were amazing, the place was spotless, and the secured covered parking plus 24/7 concierge made us feel very safe. Shops and restaurants were just a short walk away—super convenient! A heads up: there's no secured WiFi here - just regular unsecured WIFI connection. If that's a priority, this might not be the place for you. But honestly, it helped us spend more quality time together without screens. We’ll definitely return! Highly recommended for families looking to relax and reconnect.

"Very nice space. However, a couple of small things would make it even better. For example, replacing the flickering light fixture in the bathroom next to the “master bedroom,” there were a few burned out receptacles that weren’t working when plugged into, closet spaces were very congested. There was no real place to hang clothes, A/C unit in “master bedroom” continually turns off then back on all night long making it hard to sleep well in that room. Finally, the “master bedroom” TV remote control batteries were dead. Also, we couldn’t find an iron.. Overall, the space was very nice. It’s within walking distance of many restaurants, the boardwalk and beach are at your fingertips away. Parking was super convenient!! All in all, we would visit again in the future!
