"We came into town last minute for suelrfers healing. I was so concerned about finding a place that was not too far from the event as I have two boys with Autism. Faith was immediately responsive to my inquiries, allowed me to book for two days since the condo was rented Friday, and helped with recommendations for parking while we waited to check in. The condo was clean, modern and convenient! My boys had a blast and she made it so easy for us. I highly recommend staying here, the location is perfect view is phenomenal and it was very quiet and family friendly. The indoor pool was a hit with my kids as well when we needed a break from the beach! Thank you endlessly faith for helping us make these memories! And….they both caught a wave!!!! 🏄‍♂️🙏☀️

"This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at Dolphin Run, but the first time in a corner unit. There were 8 of us, 6 adults and 13 & 10 year old. The 3 bedrooms were large, with ample storage and comfortable beds. There are 3 balconies; the ocean facing corner w/views of Rudee's Inlet and two bedroom balconies face Atlantica Ave. (like all DR units). We all went if different directions and visited local restaurants for our main meal. The dining space is tight and seats 6. The living room sits 5 comfortably. The balcony has a nice table and 4 chairs. The condo is very nicely equipped with a small and efficient kitchen. The bonus was finding a closet full of beach toys, chairs and an umbrella!!!!! The location is outstanding. It is at the 'quiet' end of the beach. The beach was active but never crowded. We had a great time. I recommend this property and would consider renting it again if Virginia Beach is a future family vacation choice. Best regards, Barbara M.

"Great little spot at the quiet end of the boardwalk. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to hang out and incredibly spacious bedrooms that allowed us all to have own spaces to chill too. Great amenities for handling breakfast and lunch at the condo. Fantastic views of the beach!

"The apartment was as pictured. Everything was very clean and we had all utensils needed in the kitchen to prep quick meals. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the welcome basket with wine and chocolates as well as some coffee pods for a good morning start. The living room, terrace and dining area were also as pictured, a bit on the cozy side for a group of six, but we managed. It would be nice to have 6 chairs for the dining table instead of just 4. The beach view was nice from the small balcony. We stayed at the condo for the Easter weekend so it was very quiet (and cold) but we did enjoy a couple of sunny days. The only thing we think they could improve on, is on replacing one set of blinds in the bedroom that were broken and also adding a layer of window blackouts to all bedrooms as it gets very bright early in the morning and for those that enjoy sleeping late during vacations or are sensitive to light, it can get tough.

The condo itself was really cute, had a nice view, and was well-equipped with plenty of appliances for cooking meals during our stay. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience!

"I’m surprised and disappointed in my stay. I have stayed at over a dozen airbnbs and do not expect perfection. However, I expect cleanliness and representative advertising. The ad for this place was misleading, claiming “water views from every room” when the bedrooms overlook a parking garage. The apartment was also not clean. The bathtub, dining room table and chairs, and several dishes were dirty. The bedroom lamp had a dirty bandaid covering the dial that you had to touch to turn on the lights, and one of the beds had sand in the sheets. They are also not prepared for winter guests. The heat was off when we entered the unit in 40* December weather. The hot water heater also did not work in the showers. It could only handle 2 5-min showers before everyone else got cold water. I informed Faith and she did nothing to address it. This was in addition to the minor inconveniences like the smart TV not working, the faucet running continuously, and a lack of pool towels/soap.

"We had a wonderful stay at Faith’s condo during the Labor Day weekend. It was very comfortable for the 4 adults and 2 children in our group. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We loved the location right on the boardwalk with a beautiful view of the ocean and wide sandy beach from the balcony. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony and especially had fun watching a special event run from there as we cheered on the runners below. There are several restaurants as well as ice cream spots within an easy walking distance from the condo which we enjoyed. Faith answered my questions very quickly both before and during the trip. We had such a great family weekend at this condo and hope we can return again to enjoy VA beach!
