"The location is as stated, oceanfront which is lovely. Check in was a bit stressful because you will need that six digit code to enter the parking garage and building so have that handy before arriving. The condo was clean but no maintenance has been performed in probably 20 years. The bottom shelf to the bathroom cabinet is still missing, which was mentioned in a previous review. Closet doors are off the hinges or not functional. Lamb shades have burn marks. Needs new patio furniture for the balcony. One narrow wooden chair was in the kitchen closet broken, the other one was faded on the balcony. One outdoor chair was rusted and collapsed. The unit could also us a fresh paint job. Not a reasonable price for the condition of this unit.

"Although we were there for the Nationals wrestling tournament and didnt get to explore the area much, the location was amazing. Beautiful beach and gorgeous sunrise every single morning. The condo was clean, spacious and just as described. Faith was super responsive when I messaged her. Highly recommend and will definitely consider booking again! Also, thank you Faith for the welcome gift. After being stuck in the sports center for 3 days with over 6800 teen wrestlers, this momma appreciated it 😉

"Great location, plenty of space! Ideal location being on the beach! It was just unclean - bedding smelled sweaty and used, trash left behind under the beds, empty beer cans in the closet, wall hangings fallen off the walls and just laying behind furniture, the kitchen had a foul odor that lingered throughout the entire condo all weekend!

"The view & location are fantastic, but the unit itself & the host experience were disappointing. For $500+ per night, we expected a higher standard. Communication from the host was timely at first. It became impersonal & unhelpful when we inquired about having only 1 washrag per person, no towels or rags for the kitchen. We received a vague reply. After we went to buy our own, someone entered the unit without notice to bring more washrags. The unit lacked basics: no ice maker, & old unusable chipping Teflon cookware. Many lightbulbs were out, the dishwasher tips forward when loading as it is not secured, a framed poster falls when you open the fridge. Living room furniture was uncomfortable & mostly uncomfy wicker. Another uncomfortable chair on the balcony. Bathroom vanity has no bottom... just the floor. Overall, it felt neglected & not worth the cost. We’d return to Dolphin Run, but not to this unit & not with this host There are better-managed units in the same building.

"Best place to stay on The Virginia Beach boardwalk. Beautiful sunrises right from my room every morning. Steps away from everything wether we wanted to go to the beach, restaurants or even shopping. Went with a family of 6 and this room had plenty of room especially with two bathrooms!!!
