"Faith responded quickly to my texts. This was reassuring. Now the pros and cons Pros: >If looking for a quieter location, this is it >Nicely decorated. >the 2 bedrooms are located at each opposite side of condo. Nice for privacy. And comfortable. >The welcome gifts >great location to watch fireworks from the balcony Cons: >a.c. units in both bedrooms are a little noisy. I need quiet to fall asleep. >could use some tlc. For example....When I pulled a drawer to open the knob came off. I placed back on and tighten. >the chairs around the table have loose legs. >a kitchen cabinet door is barely on 2 hinges. Not condo related > we liked the parking was covered and secure. But parking is tight. >we stayed 4 nights. Only one elevator was working the entire stay. At times very long wait. >there are plenty of carts to unload and load. >the cart storage room has many books in the library, puzzles and games.

"Overall, my family and I enjoyed our one night stay! We unfortunately had a few minor hiccups. There were a few maintenance call requests prior to our arriving. So we were interrupted with surprise visits from maintenance to fix the bedroom lights as well as a broken handle in the bathroom. One out of the two elevators were out of order. So we spent quite some time standing in long lines waiting to return to our floor and back down again. Besides that, we very much enjoyed the location as well as the amenities included. The apt is very well kept and equipped with all that we could need to enjoy our stay. The location is surrounded by many excursions, attractions and great dining restaurants. Would recommend.

"We had a wonderful stay at Faith's place and would highly recommend it! We were greeted with thoughtful welcome treats including a bottle of wine and Lindor chocolates, such a nice touch after a long day of travel. We also really appreciated that they stocked all the little essentials you don't want to have to buy on vacation: trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, make-up remover towelettes, shampoo, and conditioner. It made settling in so much easier. The unit itself was clean and well maintained, communication with the host was quick and easy throughout our stay, and the location was absolutely perfect. We'll definitely be booking this place again in the future!

"The location was near the beginning 9f the beachfront and a playground area. Quiet and peaceful. We enjoy reading 8n the mornings so the balcony looking out over the ocean was fantastic. Beach area wasn't overly crowded so you weren't on top of others. We used the trolly for most of this trip so we didn't need to drive all that much other than for groceries and the mall. The kitchen had every sort of pan, bowl or utensil for preparing meals. The bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms is always convenient with a group. If visiting the area again we would stay at Faith's place.

"We found Faith’s place at the last minute when we had a major problem with our original Airbnb. We booked and were in the condo in an hour. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize how busy the area was. They were building a venue for a big event. The noise of beeping and construction really took away from the peaceful ocean waves and view. We didn’t have quick access to the beach because the upcoming event had a pretty large area blocked off, so we had to walk several blocks down the street. I don’t know how often they hold big events, but you may want to check the event calendar before booking. The inside of the condo was beautiful. It had plenty of space for our family. Faith is a great host and when I messaged her with a couple of minor issues, she made sure that they were taken care of while we enjoyed our day at the beach! Overall, we loved the condo and would book with Faith again in the future! Thank you Faith! 😁

"The condo was easy to find with great parking and a great view! It was decorated beachy with a dolphin theme. It was also roomy! The issues we had were the loud heating units in the bedrooms that kept us up when they would turn on during the night and we found dead and alive roaches in the unit. I alerted the owner and she said they do treat for bugs as it is common at the beach.
